Portillo’s in Forest Park .
This is the usual stop for a food break on this route on a public tour. If you’d just like a quick break, this site is perfect.

Sawa’s Old Warsaw, 9200 W. Cermak, Broadview.
Features hearty buffet of American and Polish favorites. Polish sausage, broasted chicken , potato pancakes, large salad bar, and the like. Closed Mondays. Weekdays @ $12 (inclusive). Weekends extra, ask. Contact: Stuart Sawa at 708-343-9040.

Triple Crown, 665 Pasquinelli Dr. , Westmont .
Family style special menu @ $11 (inclusive) featuring two appetizers (egg roll and fried shrimp), four entrees (sweet & sour pork, beef w/ vegetables, chicken black bean & garlic sauce, shrimp chow mein, fried rice, tea and fortune cookies. Feng Shui design based on supernatural demands of location. Book this directly through Richard Crowe.

The original Billy Goat Bar & Grill, Lower Michigan & Hubbard, Chicago.
This is the usual stop for a food break on a public tour. For just a quick break, this site rocks.

Marcello’s / Father and Son, 645 W. North Ave. , Chicago.

Red Lion Pub, 2446 N. Lincoln Ave. , Chicago.
Cozy and quaint pub atmosphere. Famous haunted site featured on numerous TV programs. Group catering includes choices like fish & chips, chicken pot pie, etc. To discuss choices call Joe Heinen at 773-348-2695.

Triple Crown, 211 W. 22^nd Pl. , Chicago.
Chinatown ’s famous haunted restaurant. Same menu as its twin in Westmont (see above). Same price, menu, contact.

Parthenon Restaurant (Greektown), 314 S. Halsted, Chicago.
The restaurant that invented flaming saganaki (cheese)! Great lamb, beef, chicken as well as seafood specialties, all done with Greek flair. The perfect choice for a more robust fare without the long steakhouse wait. For options call Yanna or Chris at 312-726-2407.
